For the hen's do we took a boat trip along the river Rhine to the touristy town of Rüdesheim. We had dinner at a tacky German-style restaurant and made Michelle collect money by getting people to cut hearts out of her t-shirt or walk around with hand-cuffs. It was amazing how many people felt pity for her and how much money she collected. From the money she made we bought cocktails for everyone. We had a great time.Michelle and Ralf's wedding took place two weeks later, on a beautiful sunny day. The ceremony was held in a forest and the party in the community hall of the village, where Michelle and Ralf are hoping to move to at some stage in the future.
