Another Trip to Kehlbach

We just got back from another trip to the metropolis of Kehlbach, where my parents live and I spent about 5 years of my youth.
Lindsay was working from my parents' house and (as you can see in the photo) Yana was helping him.
I was catching up with friends and relatives and enjoyed the sunshine. It felt like spring had come and I wouldn't mind in the slightest, if the winter was over.
At the weekends and in the evenings Lindsay came along too, of course. Even though it was carneval and carneval is celebrated in a big way in the area around Kehlbach, we didn't go to any of the parades this year. We had too many people to catch up with and Lindsay and Yana had already been to the parade in Munich the week before.
On the way back, we stopped off in Nördlingen, a town, which has its center surrounded by an old city wall. We walked along the wall and enjoyed the views we got over the red roofs of the town. Yana was happy to get out of her car seat and be carried around by mummy and daddy.
Now we are back home and I'm trying to get rid of big piles of laundry, before we head off on our next trip...

Here are some more photos of Nördlingen and the last picture shows the Yanindsay-Monster:

Yana at nearly six months...

Yana is now almost six months old and has changed so much since her birth. She sleeps through most nights, cries a lot less and usually for a reason that can be fixed, she is starting to get more mobile and is developing a personality. Soon we will start feeding her solids, which will mean less flexibility, but getting closer to her being able to eat at the table with us. All in all it's a real joy having her. Here are some recent photos:
